Below are the areas within Student Central that handle a variety of student requests, applications, file reviews, and appeal processing. We update this site twice each week. Students can find detailed information about the process and requirements on the department webpage for the area that performs the work. Each area is linked back to the appropriate department.

Admissions Applications

Updated March 30

We are processing applications for:

Spring 2023 submitted on March 29

Summer 2023 submitted on March 25

Transfer Credit Evaluation

We are processing requests submitted on the following dates:

  • Transfer Degrees: Feb. 21

English & Math Placement

Financial Aid Files

Updated March 20 –  updates on Mondays only

  • 2022-23file processing:

    We are currently reviewing files completed by March 16.
    • Summer 2022: We prioritize files completed by May 2 for students enrolled for Summer.
    • Fall 2022:We prioritize files completed by July 1 for students enrolled for Fall.
    • Winter 2023: We prioritize files completed by Nov. 1 for students enrolled for Winter.
    • Spring 2023: We prioritize files completed by Feb. 1 for students enrolled for Spring.

We disburse funds on Thursdays.

Student Appeal Requests

Graduation and Diplomas

Updated March 30

Winter 2023 graduation applications are currently being reviewed. This process takes several weeks after grades post.

Check your unofficial transcript in ctcLink for the status of your degree. 

We issued digital diplomas for all degrees awarded up to 1/17/2023. Check your BC student email to claim it. 

We mailed paper diplomas on March 1 for all degrees awarded up to 12/8/2022.

Online Help Ticket System

Ticket volumes are currently very high and response times are delayed. Currently most tickets will receive a response within 5 days.

CTE Dual Credit Requests
